Join the Kellogg Alumni Club of Boston for a discussion led by Kellogg alum, Will Harper '14, on how today's business leaders can apply lessons from Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and the philosophic tradition to their search for fulfillment. This talk is based on a research project Harper led with Prof. Harry Kraemer at Kellogg.
Will Harper is a student of human experience. Captivated by the overlap between recent advances in positive psychology and neuroscience with timeless philosophical approaches to happiness and success, he shows individuals and organizations that are struggling with purpose and direction or unease in times of transition how to lead themselves to success while achieving lasting fulfillment. He creates experiences of learning and reflection that allow for participants to design an approach that is personalized to their own strengths, passions and values.
Educated at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, he worked as a management consultant with Bain & Company in Mexico City, where he was also a Fulbright Scholar. He has lived and traveled extensively throughout the Americas. To learn ore, visit Will's website.
